Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the process of increasing the percentage of website visitors who take a desired action, such as signing up for a newsletter or making a purchase. The goal of CRO is to improve the usability, design, and content of a website so that more visitors are persuaded to take the desired action. There are a number of techniques that can be used to improve conversion rates, including:-Testing different versions of a website to see which design is most effective at persuading visitors to take the desired action. -Improving the usability of a website, so that it is easy for visitors to navigate and find the information they are looking for. -Making sure the content of a website is relevant and interesting to visitors. -Using persuasive design techniques, such as effective calls to action, to encourage visitors to take the desired action. -Testing different ways of marketing a website, to see which methods are most effective at attracting potential customers.
