I am a Marketing grad and I would like to work in the UX/UI design field. What steps should I take to gain a full time position or intern/mentorship?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to gain a full-time position or internship/mentorship in UX/UI design depends on your skills, experience, and network. However, some things you can do to increase your chances of landing a job in UX/UI design include:

1) Join or attend local meetups and events related to UX/UI design. This will help you build your professional network and learn from more experienced designers.

2) Create a portfolio that showcases your skills and experience in UX/UI design. This can be a website, blog, or online portfolio.

3) Study and practice design principles and best practices. This will help you develop the skills necessary for a successful career in UX/UI design.
Alternatively, if you are not yet experienced in UX/UI design, you may want to consider pursuing a related degree or certificate program. These programs will help you build the skills necessary for a successful career in UX/UI design.

CRO & UX are a big field, it can be difficult to know where to start 🤔

Most of the guides out there are either too long, too short, or generalize things so much that they do not help you at all.

My free workbook will help you create your own plan for CRO success by showing you how other companies have done it successfully and what went wrong with their strategy to learn from their mistakes. The book is free, as I believe knowledge should be shared! The book has already helped several companies.
