Zooca.no: A Company Innovating the Way We Feed People
The north sea of Norway is home to a wealth of zooplankton, and Zooca is a company that has harnessed this natural resource to develop innovative products that are healthy and sustainable. Founded 20 years ago, Zooca’s goal is to provide people and animals with high-quality nutrition that is good for them and the environment. Zooca sells subscriptions for Omega 3 fatty acids, and they are always looking for new ways to improve their website conversions, customer relations, and overall business. That’s where I came in. As a consultant, I was hired to help Zooca increase their website conversions, improve customer relations, and explore new ways of marketing their products.
The problem I setout to solve for Zooca
Zooca is a great company with a lot to offer, but they needed help with website conversions, customer relationships and marketing. That’s where I came in. My goal was to help Zooca increase their website conversions, improve customer relationships, and explore new ways to market their products. I am happy to say that I successfully helped Zooca achieve all these goals and more.
What I did for Zooca
I started by looking at Zooca’s website and seeing where they could improve their conversion rates. I then helped Zooca implement a new customer relations strategy that helped them better understand the needs and wishes of their customers. Finally, I explored new ways to market Zooca’s products, both on their website and on other channels. The results were incredible. Zooca has seen not only an increase in website conversions and customer relationships, but also a significant increase in sales.
What changes were done at Zooca?
I created a whole new strategy for their on-page UX and conversion rate strategy, presenting the product in new and more compelling ways. I also helped them develop a more customer-centric approach to their business, which included understanding the needs and wishes of their customers and then tailoring products and services to meet these needs with tools such as Klaviyo to create a customer journey based on their actions on the website and other factors such as how many times they had subscribed and their past customer relationships.
Finally, I explored new ways to market Zooca’s products, both on the website and in other channels. These included everything from search engine optimization to social media marketing to traditional advertising.
I am proud to have helped Zooca achieve its goals, and I am excited to see what they are doing next. Zooca is a truly innovative company, and I am sure they will continue to surprise and delight us with their products and services.
